Shipping & Returns Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

All orders of small goods will be send via Royal Mail First Class service If you select tracking for your order you will recive a Royal MailTracking number.

Larger goods will be sent via Parcel Force. All larger item listing will detail the delivery process, please email gerald@grdbuysellswap.com should you have a query about a shipping rate on an item before you order.

GRD are based in Northern Ireland and do travel to UK Mainland to deliver larger goods. Please email any questions you have or to arrange a GRD delivery to England.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

In-store pickup

We offer free local pickup at our main store 8a Ballyclose Street, Limavady. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sunday’s. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. GRD Buy, Sell, Swap, Limavady is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us a admin@grdbuysellswap.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We always send International Packages via Royal Mail/Parcel Force and her is their shipment tracking website, type your tracking number in to see the status of your delivery.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Sorry, GRD Buy Sell Swap does not ship to PO Boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Because of the nature of our business and the one off items that we sell, we do not accept returns. It is GRD’s Company Policy to be honest in all of our listings and our clients get what they see on the screen. It is 100% our policy to list any item defects and that customers are aware before they purchase.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@grdbuysellswap.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
